My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although clean and well-equipped, were unfortunately noisy due to street sounds. On the bright side, the service was exceptional with friendly and attentive staff. The location was convenient with easy access to public transport and the FC Barcelona stadium nearby.
The hotel had spotless and very spacious rooms with all necessary amenities, including a mini fridge. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive to any queries. The location was perfect, next to Camp Nou, and easily accessible via public transport. While we didn't dine at the hotel, the dining options were expected to have more variety. Overall, a great stay with excellent value for money.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. On the bright side, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a perfect weekend. However, the cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired, with dirty carpets and unclean bedding. The location was great for accessing Camp Nou and the metro station, but it's not in the most touristy area. Overall, worth it for the excellent service and location but lacking in room cleanliness.
The hotel had good facilities and two single beds pushed together in a room that was small, noisy, and lacking comfort. Despite that, it had an acid smell and was dirty in the cuttle that was brought to the room. However, the service was more than helpful and the location was fab, being basically 5 minutes away from various attractions. The dining options were maybe not as good as other hotels in the area and not as affordable, which was a downside. The hotel is very close to Barcelona train station Sants and a metro station, offering easy access to the city center.
The hotel rooms are not huge but suited us perfectly as we didn't spend much time there. They were very clean with provided shampoo, shower gel, and clean towels. The walls were a bit thin, and I could hear the neighbors at times. Despite this, the staff swiftly addressed an issue with the bedding, and we were upgraded to an Executive Suite without any hassle. The room was a triple with a large double bed and a solid pull-out bed on the floor, complete with a writing desk, a single-seater sofa, and a cupboard for storage.
